riends, We’re approaching the end of our time in Los Angeles. For the past few months, the team has been focused on sharing what we created for Noma LA. It has taken years of dreaming and months of planning, and along the way we have been lucky to work with an extraordinary group of people across the city. Designers, suppliers, ceramicists, weavers, fishermen, foragers and many others have helped shape this project and bring it to life. Each day, we have welcomed guests into the restaurant and shared the result of so much collective effort. These past months have also brought moments of real challenge. They have led us to reflect more closely on who we are, what matters most, and where we want to go next. And now, we’re ready to share that with you. This August, we are coming home. For more than twenty years, Noma has looked to the seasons and landscapes around us, building a restaurant rooted in a particular time and place. Over the last decade, that journey took shape through three distinct seasons that became the rhythm of our year.
